The 20th of April a seminar «Sales Enhancement for Small Hotels» was conducted by Victor Bychkov. The event was organised in cooperation with USAID project LINC and Association of Small Hotels of the Crimea. The lecturer went trough the major aspects that influence hotel sales: hotel product and its specifics, competition, clients and their motivations, advertisement and distribution channels. Price politics and rate management were untouched on purpose because of the great volume of this topic. The following seminar for small hotels will be dedicated to electronic distribution and cold calls.
